Before you buy
What is a credit?
One credit is one download of one preview, and it includes the SVG, DXF and PDF. Downloading the same preview again is free.
Do credits expire?
Yes. The 2 and 10 download packs expire 3 months after purchase; the monthly 250 pack expires 30 days after purchase. The date is always visible in your account.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every plan is a single payment. Nothing renews automatically and we never charge you again by surprise.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase. The 2 and 10 download packs are refunded in full if you have not used any credit. The 250 download plan is refunded in full if unused; if you used some credits we refund the unused part minus 20% (for example, 200 of 250 credits left = USD 9.59). Write to us with your order and we will take care of it.
Where do I find my receipt?
Lemon Squeezy emails you a receipt, and you can see all your orders from your account page.
